Bowie MMA: All-Hands on Deck at Good Fight Thanksgiving Throwdown

In one of those “this almost never happens” moments, the entire Bowie MMA team of competitors placed, with many receiving gold in Gi and No-Gi competition in their divisions at the 2013 Thanksgiving Throwdown at the Benfield Sports Plex in Severna Park, Maryland.

Our competitors won by both points and submissions, with some of the submissions being triangle, kimura, armbar and americana.

Bowie MMA has 3 resident BJJ Black Belt instructors – Carlos Catania, Charles Cherry and Scott Montier.
